Liz Ibarra is the Co-Working Space Manager at FAR.AI, where she leads workplace experience strategy and builds the systems, culture, and environments that enable teams to thrive. She specializes in designing operational frameworks across events, space planning, and employee engagement, ensuring seamless operations while fostering a strong sense of community and belonging.

Most recently, Liz supported workplace experience programs at OpenAI and Google, bringing structure and hospitality to fast paced tech environments. She also serves as a Co–Event Director for the Children’s Tumor Foundation, helping lead large scale fundraising initiatives, volunteer operations, and donor engagement efforts that support national research and advocacy. Her background in hospitality, events, operations, and project management gives her a uniquely people centered and service driven lens.

Liz is currently pursuing her MBA, with a focus on workplace leadership and organizational psychology. Her career is rooted in creating environments where people feel supported, inspired, and empowered to do their best work.
