Karolina Walęcik is a Business Analyst at FAR.AI, advancing operational initiatives and streamlining processes across systems, financial operations, and data reporting to support organizational growth and impact.

Previously, she served as Global Head of Social Impact Operations & Grantmaking at BlackRock, where she built and scaled the group’s operational infrastructure and co-led the deployment of a $50M COVID-19 relief initiative. She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, with a focus on global governance and sustainable development, and a Master’s in English Studies from The Catholic University of Lublin, where her thesis explored AI’s role in society. Her experience spans policy advocacy at Open Society Foundations, as well as program design and project management across sectors, with a recent focus on leveraging AI for social good.
